| Making your own fomulation can be rewarding. Keep in mind you need to choose the correct percentages of EO's against carrier oils. Generally use about 10% EO's, 20% carrier oils, and the rest purified water. Don't forget to balance the Ph, emulsify, and add a preservative to stop it from growing bacteria.
